Final Outcome:

To finish out my semester typography, I was assigned to create a deck of cards that utilized every letter of the alphabet to showcase a font that corresponded with said letter. I had the concept for this project almost right away, and I just wanted to jump into it. After sketching thumbnails, I refined the layout, focusing on highlighting the letter of the font and its ampersand for visual appeal. The process involved meticulously finding and collecting 26 fonts that corresponded with their respective alphabet letters. With the fonts completely gathered, I began laying out the cards and creating a template to maintain consistency across the deck. I scrutinized every letter to ensure alignment with the envisioned elegant theme. However, challenges arose as some fonts proved incompatible with the intended typographic patterns and layouts, prompting revisions and adjustments to ensure the project’s success.
